Killa Schütze’s Now Is the Time of Monsters explored the idea of the “monster” to examine

access, perception, and representation. Using a process that let sound and chance distort her

photographic images, she questioned traditional hierarchies between artist and subject. The

exhibition highlighted themes of inclusion, exclusion, and transformation, inviting viewers to

reflect on how identity and power are constructed in visual culture.
